About Us
Chef Coy Mayfield always had a passion for cooking and baking and has done so for over 40 years. Coy started by helping his mother in the kitchen and progressed into smaller catering jobs for side money while attending school. Coy graduated from Baylor University and has continued to cook, bake and cater for new and returning guests.
Ruth Mayfield has never met a stranger and loves to plan - ANYTHING. She has been in the business industry for over 30 years. She has an MBA and has held various titles as CFO, Mom and Wife of Coy. She works along side Coy managing the operations of Coy's Kitchen & Catering
Ruth & Coy, created Coy's Kitchen & Catering and together with Coy's team, They have a strong commitment to serve and promise to provide exceptional (and affordable) dining experiences.
